Conditions of registration:

  1. Places on the weekend are decided on a first-come-first-serve basis
  2. Due to the small group size there will be NO refund if you cancel within 14 days of the date of your weekend. Please note that we charge a $25 processing fee should you cancel up to 14 days before your weekend.
  3. Whereas every step is taken to ensure your safety during your stay at The Nurtury, should you or your possessions come to some harm whilst at a wwp weekend, wine women and philosophy inc. cannot be held responsible.

Confirmation of your booking will be made by email (please ensure that your email address is clearly written) within 7 days of receiving your registration form and payment in full for your weekend.  At that point we will provide you with travel directions to The Nurtury along with any additional information regarding your weekend.
